We visited during republic day . It was an amazing experience at a reasonable price when compared to other hotels around that area. It's very close the view point, so on a clear day you might get a breathtaking glimpse of the Kanchenjungha. The rooms were really spacious and the staff were quite friendly.

Location and service staff is good , but no air circulation in rooms bathroom are very conjustable and no hygiene, restaurant had weird fish kind of smell can't sit and eat. one more thing the manager of resort looks rude no smile no hospitality at all. He didn't even welcome his guests even if he sat in front of our table and had lunch his facial expressions are very serious and rude.

The less you say the better. 1. It's in a prime location (mall road) maybe that's the only plus point here. 2. The service is not great. 3. The breakfast isn't up to the mark and one might as well go to the market and grab a bite or two. 4. Post 9:00p.m expect no service. 5. We may have visited it during the off season but the first impression is an everlasting one. 6. The rooms are fine but one can get that faint smell of some mold from somewhere. 7. Would suggest to take a view facing room than the other weird rooms.

Nothing great about this property. The bed was clean and that's the only plus point of the room. The veiw from our room was that of another property being constructed. The food was good. The service and staff were good. Overall an average experience.

It's a nice place. The location is good, close to the mall. The rooftop restaurant is nice and cozy. Rooms have no window view but are nice, clean, and tidy. Staff are well behaved.

Not the good one, can have better option . The plus point is the location ke Mall Road.Breakfast is not up to mark.No facility.Service is not good.The worst thing is Bathroom . The floor of the the bathroom is wet all the time.After 6pm no housekeeping ppl are there.
